As a licensed Realtor for over 25 years, I have seen the changing dynamics of real estate sales and markets. As a licensed broker, I take pride in educating my clients from start to finish during the sales process. My obligation is to offer solutions in a one-on-one approach in the negotiation and representation from the time we meet to well after the sales process is over.
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and husband. Whether its exploring the central coast, baking at home, or weekend adventures on the motorcycle with friends.
I also enjoy investing my time in my community. Serving 8 years on the Governor appointed fair board, involvement with local MLS, serving as past president, and chairing several committees over the years. As a woman of faith, I also am active with St. Joachim’s Parish Council that oversees diocese operations. The foundation of my business begins serving the community in which I live.
My first experience in real estate came in my early teenage years, passing out flyers for open houses on my ten-speed bike. Over the years I have fine-tuned my passion for real estate business through shadowing my late grandmother Nora and personal experience since getting licensed in 2002. My business degree from Fresno State gave me communicative skillsets that help me and my clients engage seamlessly throughout the entire transaction. I’m a firm believer in keeping everyone in the loop, as it is vital to any successful working relationship. I know purchasing a home can seem difficult with jargon and terms, but I ensure all my clients that they should focus on their daily lives while I carry the load of making sure their experience is worry-free.
When I’m not working I enjoy DIY projects around the house, road trips to the coast, live baseball, or spending time with family and friends. Real estate design and architecture are some of my newer interest as well as home restoration. Running an AirBnb full-time also keeps me busy, making sure my guests have a memorable stay! My customer service experience and solutions based work-ethic culminated from my banking experience, where I spent 30 years as a Customer Service Manager. Obtaining my real estate license in 2018 seemed like a natural fit as I had experience working property management at Nora and Associates. I have experience in probate, short-sales, resale, and first time home buyers. Achieving early success in this industry hasn’t overshadowed my real enjoyment of helping families achieve their home-ownership dreams. When I’m not selling homes, I enjoy spending time with my husband of 42 years and being with family, including my 8 grandchildren.
