Rosanne has expanded on her mother’s mission to benefit and enrich the community, to anchor and enable local community members to anchor their families into Madera and to help those families thrive locally.
Nora never wanted to get involved in politics, but Rosanne decided to get involved locally, joining boards of local organizations such as the Association of Realtor and other local organizations.
Rosanne serves on the Madera Fairgrounds board. She was also appointed by the local parish’s bishop to purchase 20 acres of land for a new church to be located near the Nishimoto Elementary School (Road 27 and Avenue 17). Rosanne will be involved in the design of the church building and complex.
Rosanne champions local cultural initiatives: A Mexican Rodeo, the Flea Market at the Madera Fair (AKA El Mercado), community events and other cultural celebrations.
